Prohibited Items Policy

dresspass is for clothing and clothing accessories only. Curators decline anything outside that scope, and shipping anything on this list — whether or not it was listed — violates the Terms of Service and, in most cases, carrier rules and federal law.

Allowed

• Clothing (tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, activewear, swimwear)
• Shoes
• Clothing accessories: bags, belts, hats, scarves, gloves, jewelry

Everything must be clean, authentic, owned by you, and accurately photographed.

Never allowed — as listings or package contents

• Anything illegal to sell or ship, including controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and stolen goods
• Counterfeits and replicas, even when disclosed ("inspired by", "AAA quality", etc.)
• Weapons of any kind, including knives and weapon accessories
• Hazardous materials: aerosols, perfume/cologne (flammable), batteries shipped loose, flammable liquids, corrosives — these also violate USPS regulations when shipped by air
• Currency, gift cards, precious metals in bulk, or other monetary instruments
• Perishables, plants, animals, or animal products restricted under CITES/state law (certain furs, ivory, exotic leathers)
• Recalled items (CPSC recall list)
• Used underwear; used swimwear must be sanitized per hygiene rules
• Items with biohazard risk: soiled, mold-contaminated, or insect-infested garments
• Alcohol, tobacco, vapes, CBD/THC products — including in pockets; check pockets before shipping
• Electronics, media, toys, homeware — not illegal, just not what this club is for; curators will decline them

Enforcement

• Curators decline listings that violate this policy; repeat attempts may lead to suspension.
• A package that contains anything other than the curated item it was labeled for is label misuse under the Terms of Service: credits may be reversed, the account terminated, and — for illegal contents — the matter reported to the carrier and law enforcement. The sender is the shipper of record and bears legal responsibility for package contents.
