dresspass is operated by Wonders AI Inc., 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958. This policy describes what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed by our auth provider), phone number if you verify it.
- Listing content: photos, descriptions, sizes, and the curation history of your items.
- Order and shipping data: orders, credit ledger entries, shipping addresses of buyer and seller, tracking events for packages.
- Payment data: shipping fees (and future membership fees) are processed by Stripe; we receive transaction identifiers and status, never your card number.
- Device and usage data: device identifiers, IP address, app events, and crash logs — used for security (including detecting duplicate accounts and fraud) and to improve the app.
- Identity verification data, only if we ask you to verify: handled by a verification provider (e.g., Stripe Identity); we receive the result, not your document images.
How we use it
- Operate the club: curation, sales, credits, shipping labels, delivery tracking, and accuracy ratings.
- Trust and safety: enforcing one-account-per-person, detecting self-dealing and label misuse, and investigating reports. Listing photos are retained after a sale as the record of what was sold.
- Communicate with you about your account, orders, and changes to the club.
- Legal compliance and enforcing our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run parts of the app under contract: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payment processing), our shipping API provider (EasyPost — receives sender and recipient names/addresses to create labels), the shipping carriers themselves (USPS and others), Apple (app distribution, sign-in), and an identity-verification provider when verification is required.
- Other members, minimally: a buyer and seller see each other's name and shipping address on the label/package, as with any mailed parcel. Addresses are never shown publicly in the app.
- Law enforcement and carriers where required by law or where we in good faith believe a shipment or account involves unlawful activity.
- A successor entity if we are acquired or reorganized, under this policy.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. After account deletion we delete or de-identify personal data within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, safety, or dispute purposes (e.g., ledger entries, fraud investigation records), which are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
Your choices and rights
- Update your profile and addresses in-app.
- Delete your account in-app or by contacting us; see Retention above.
- Depending on your state (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data and to opt out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise them; we do not discriminate for doing so.
Children
dresspass is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
